Pre-Order Timeline

All pre-orders from our Founding Collection will ship on February 15, 2026. We'll keep you updated on production progress via email.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries within the EU and Nordic region:

  • Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland
  • Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium
  • Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal
  • Poland and other EU countries

FREE SHIPPING to all EU and Nordic countries

No hidden fees. Free shipping is included with every order. Estimated delivery 5-7 business days after shipping date.

Payment & Pre-Orders

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately when you place your pre-order. This secures your spot in the Founding Collection and locks in your early bird pricing.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until January 15, 2026. After this date, production begins and we cannot accept cancellations. However, you have 14 days from delivery to return unused luggage for a full refund.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Duties

For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties or taxes apply. For Norway and other non-EU countries, local customs duties may apply upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to return your luggage for a full refund if unused and in original condition. This complies with Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen).

Return Process

  1. Contact us through our website contact form within 14 days of delivery
  2. We'll provide return instructions and address
  3. Pack luggage securely in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship back using your chosen carrier (customer pays return shipping)
  5. Once received and inspected, refund processed within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Unused and in original condition with all packaging and accessories
  • No signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Warranty

2-Year Warranty

All TORNARO luggage comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues. This is the EU standard warranty, ensuring you're protected.

What's Covered

  • Structural defects in the aluminum shell
  • Wheel malfunctions
  • Handle mechanism failures
  • Lock defects
  • Zipper issues on interior compartments

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
  • Damage from airline handling
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact us through our website contact form with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll review and get back to you within 2 business days.
